Remote Session Drummer | Organic MIDI Drums/Programmed Drums for $125

Hi, I'm Martin Evans, a remote session drummer with over 35 years of experience. I work exclusively from my home studio in Philadelphia, collaborating with bands, solo artists, and producers worldwide. I offer organic and tasteful drum parts delivered as MIDI files and studio-quality multitrack audio.

As a player, I'm tasteful and sensitive with great ears. I consider myself a song drummer, and my aim is always to just play the music and let the song breathe. While my roots are in Rock and Pop, I'm versatile and comfortable across most genres. However, I ask that you check with me first, as I don't want to waste your time or money if I don't think I'm a fit for your project.

My service here gets you:

• Unlimited revisions
• A raw MIDI file with note info
• Simple hand percussion if required. This will be either live or programmed.
• Multitrack of the part taken from world-class sample libraries at the sample rate of your choice
• An open channel while we're working. I'll be available for phone calls or video calls if needed

While we're working I'll send you at least three takes to audition and we'll work from there to nail down the part and sound.

To maintain the human element I record everything I do live using a Roland V-Drum kit. I have many sample libraries to work with but mainly rely on kits from Superior Drummer 3 and its expansions as to my ears they're the closest to the real thing out there. Having access to kits recorded in some of the best rooms in the world is where I believe the true value lies with MIDI drums. I also have Steven Slate Drums, EZDrummer 3, Addictive Drums 2, BFD3 and GGD as well as a whole host of various kit samples I've collected over the years.
